Shipping
Tactical Recovery Equipment generally processes and ships orders within 24 hours, during normal business hours. Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern Time (Florida). Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will generally ship on Monday. For custom ropes (winch ropes, winch extension, etc.), additional time is sometimes needed for construction and shipping, usually no more than an additional 24 hrs. Once your order is completed and ready for shipping you will receive an email with the tracking information.
All of our items are shipped from our Florida office and generally take 1-5 days for delivery in the US depending on the shipping service selected.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of purchase date. Prior to returning any items, please email customerservice@tacticalrecoveryequipment.com to be issued a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Items returned without a prior Returned Goods Authorization may be refused.
All new, unused items returned to us after 30 days will be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. Restocking fees are imposed for returns which are not caused by TRE or shipper (e.g., you changed your mind or you ordered the wrong product). Restocking fees are not imposed for returns caused by TRE or our shipper (e.g., we shipped you a different product than what you ordered or your order was damaged during shipping).
Custom Orders can not be returned or refunded.
Return of products for warranty must be pre-approved by our Customer Service department. Approval for return is evident by Returned Goods Authorization. Please email customer service at customerservice@tacticalrecoveryequipment.com in order to receive an RGA and shipping instructions.
For all returns (excluding warranties), items shall be returned in their original packaging.
You may not cancel any order after the order has shipped. In addition, special orders for items cannot be canceled once submitted. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department by email at customerservice@tacticalrecoveryequipment.com to determine if order cancellation can be processed. Cancelled orders may be subject to a processing fee.
Any applicable refunds for cancelled or returned items will be processed as quickly as possible. However, actual refund timing and amounts will vary depending upon the specific situation. For returned items, the refund will depend upon the condition of the returned product when it is received; in some cases, a restocking fee and/or processing fee will be applied against any refund as well. Returned products will be refunded for the original purchase price and will not include shipping. If your original sale included Free Shipping, then actual shipping cost will be deducted from the original sales price.
